Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Sales Manager to lead and grow our Unsecured Business Loans portfolio through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel , targeting SME clients . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple locations within a cluster, driving DSA relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance, and delivering superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs within the cluster for sourcing unsecured business loans . Provide training and support to DSAs to improve quality and volume of leads. Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the cluster. Drive penetration in the SME segment through relationship management and field sales. Ensure balanced sourcing across geographies and DSAs. Team & Cluster Management: Supervise and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives across assigned locations. Conduct regular review meetings, performance tracking, and coaching. Credit & Risk Coordination: Work closely with the credit team to ensure faster processing and turnaround of files. Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and credit norms. Process & Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to KYC/AML norms. Minimize TAT, rejection rates, and audit issues. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to adapt strategy. Provide regular feedback to the product and risk team for enhancements. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field. 710 years of experience in sales of unsecured business loans , especially through DSA channels . Good understanding of SME lending , credit evaluation, and market dynamics. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
