Job Description

Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
End to end ownership for PSL compliance for the company.
Monitor the portfolio position for all PSL on lending assets to ensure that the regulatory requirements are adhered to
Calculation of PSL benefit for business units for internal fund transfer pricing.
Capability building including system development for identifying and monitoring PSL specific loans in the company
Work with business teams to monitoring PSL asset generation.
Budgeting for monthly/quarterly management accounting for PSL benefits.
SOP maintenance and periodic revision for PSL related activities in the company.
Work with Banks for obtaining new funding for PSL on lending
Quarterly reporting to Banks for all PSL loans to ensure that adequate standard assets are shared as required by the loan sanctions.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
2. Budgeting of probable PSL assets for subsequent financial periods
3. Covenants shared by Banks for new funding sanctions
4. Quarterly compliance certificate and qualification of loans for reporting
Major Challenges
2. Manul record maintenance on few products wherein new PSL assets are being built.
3. Strong understanding of business products and documentation followed for PSL assets
4. Continuously maintain track of PSL assets vs liability obtained by the Company to ensure that there is no short fall
Required Qualifications and Experience
CA
b) Work Experience
5-6 Years experience in Banking/Finance
c) Skills Keywords
Good Understanding of accounting
Understanding on PSL guidelines would be an advantage.
Must have Excel & Power point skills
Work well under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Public speaking a plus)
