About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our Micro LAP/HL sales and collections portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the Micro LAP business, strong leadership abilities, and proven expertise in driving business growth within an NBFC environment.

Thorough understanding of Micro LAP business processes and market functioning.

Analytical mindset to utilize data for strategic planning and growth.

Flexible, versatile, and effective in adapting to changing business scenarios.

Excellent communication skills—clear, timely, and effective in writing and speech.

Strong market knowledge with the ability to identify and penetrate potential markets.

Proficient in business development and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets across the entire portfolio.

Guide and mentor the team in sales and marketing initiatives.

Monitor market trends and competitor movements; develop product roadmaps accordingly.

Ensure timely and complete collection of disbursed loan portfolios on a monthly basis.

Build, groom, and develop the team as per business requirements.

Conduct assessments and data analysis to track progress in Sales &Collections.

Develop operational plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Conduct periodic reviews of Sales & Collection teams for performance improvement.

Implement timely preventive actions to control delinquency and bouncing.

Foster teamwork and coordination across branches to achieve business results.

Required Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Micro LAP/HL within an NBFC, preferably in a similar leadership role.
