CLUSTER MANAGER

The Cluster Manager role at our company entails leading multiple branch teams within a cluster. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the company's objectives. Your focus will be on achieving revenue targets, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and enhancing knowledge through training programs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving branch-wise revenue targets - Developing product-specific sales strategies - Planning and executing customer acquisition strategies - Achieving cross-sale targets - Monitoring renewal dues and persistency levels - Ensuring timely and quality service to customers - Conducting training programs for branch employees - Maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies - Implementing head office directives at branch level - Enhancing sales team effectiveness - Identifying training needs and implementing corrective actions Your performance will be evaluated based on revenue generation, renewal targets, business drivers achievement, compliance adherence, and training effectiveness. You will also be responsible for exploring new positioning activities, product packaging strategies, and sales team training programs. Key interactions will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders such as the Head of Sales, IT, Customer Service, Learning & Development, and other department heads. External interactions will include vendors and principals for organizing events and discussing promotional activities. Requirements for this role include a graduate degree, experience in insurance products and channel sales, familiarity with the local market, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The compensation for this position is in the range of 10-12 LPA.
