Cluster Manager-Laptop Retail Stores

Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations & Performance: Manage day-to-day operations of multiple laptop retail stores. Ensure stores achieve monthly sales targets and maintain profitability. Monitor store performance through KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, footfall, and inventory turnover. Regular store visits. 2. Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across the cluster. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Ensure proper execution of promotions, campaigns, and new product launches. 3. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train Store Managers and sales staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure skill development. Foster a positive and high-performance culture across all stores. 4. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all outlets. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock management to ensure optimum inventory levels. Ensure stores maintain proper visual merchandising and display standards. Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams for timely replenishment. 6. Reporting & Administration: Prepare periodic sales and performance reports. Manage store budgets and control operational expenses. Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. 5–8 years of retail experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or multi-store supervisory role. Experience in electronics or laptop retail preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
