Cluster Manager

As a Cluster Manager at KOTS, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the housing sector, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing operations in Bangalore. With over 10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in residential real estate, you will play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve building maintenance activities such as overseeing planned maintenance for electrical, plumbing, cleaning services, and AMCs. Conducting property inspections to identify maintenance needs promptly and maintaining accurate records of registries for all properties within the cluster will be essential. Managing various types of staff, including facility managers, team leads, operations executives, plumbers, electricians, and housekeeping personnel will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring adherence to processes, compliance, staff leave and attendance management, and providing periodic training and feedback to staff will be crucial for successful operations. You will be required to verify start and end of the day reports for all properties within the clusters, submit monthly building audit reports, utility reports, and expense reports. Effective communication with tenants, good articulation skills, and the ability to travel independently to properties within the assigned geographical cluster are essential qualifications for this role. A Bachelor's degree in facilities management, real estate, or a related field is preferred. You should have a structured, well-organized approach to work, with knowledge of maintenance and repair processes. The role offers a competitive CTC package ranging from 8 to 10 lacs per annum.,
