Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of all branches/stores within the cluster. Drive sales and business growth through strategic planning and local market engagement. Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets. Lead, coach, and develop branch/store managers and their teams. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with senior management for goal setting, reporting, and execution of business strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven leadership experience in multi-unit management.
