1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise and provide guidance to Area Collection Managers and their teams of Group Collection Managers.
- Conduct regular meetings with Area Collection Managers to review performance and provide feedback.
- Mentor and develop the leadership skills of Area Collection Managers.
2. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve collection performance across the cluster.
- Analyze collection data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure alignment of collection strategies with overall organizational goals.
3. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Area Collection Managers and Group Collection Managers.
- Ensure collection targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
4. Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure efficient and effective collection operations within the cluster.
- Oversee the implementation of collection policies and procedures.
- Identify and address operational challenges to improve productivity.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to collections.
- Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to collection protocols.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all collection activities.
- Address and resolve complex customer issues escalated by Area Collection Managers.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance the company's reputation.
7. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs for Area Collection Managers and their teams.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on collection techniques, compliance, and customer service.
- Keep the team updated on new policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in collections, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the JLG sector.
