Job Description

Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced
Sales techniques, Point of Sales & Captive call-center environment.
Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach
Consultative selling techniques.
Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
xMust be Ready for field-based Sales Training
Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.

Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge
