Cluster Legal Manager

Hinduja Housing Finance is looking for a Cluster Legal Manager to be based in Ludhiana, Punjab. The role involves managing SARFAESI and recovery related legal activities across Punjab, including possession actions, litigation coordination, and field enforcement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft & issue notices under Section 13(2) of SARFAESI Act.Take Symbolic Possession u/s 13(4).File and follow up on Section 14 Applications.Execute possession orders in coordination with local administration.Conduct field visits with the collection team in high POS accounts.Manage vendor coordination for litigation, court receivers and enforcement agencies.Maintain legal MIS and documentation accurately.RequirementsEducation: Law Graduate (LLB).Experience: 3–4 years of hands on SARFAESI and recovery experience (HFC/NBFC/Bank/ARC preferred).Language: Must be proficient in Punjabi (spoken & written).Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills.Compensation & BenefitsSalary up to Rs. 7.5 LPA, based on current CTC and experience.
