Job Description

As a Cluster Head at YuCollect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the expansion efforts in the SaaS, Service Sales, and Marketplace sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include driving business growth, managing the end-to-end sales process, and taking full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) within your cluster. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster meaningful industry connections. Your key responsibilities will revolve around Business Development Leadership, where you will drive efforts to acquire new customers and enhance existing relationships. You will be tasked with ensuring that the team of Business Development Managers focuses on high-value opportunities, sales strategies, and solution positioning aligned with cluster business goals and regional objectives. Team Management and Development will also be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve business targets. Conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture will be essential in supporting the team's growth and success. Strategic Planning and Execution will require you to collaborate with the Regional Head in formulating cluster-specific strategies that focus on revenue growth, market share, and customer success. Developing detailed business plans, identifying key opportunities, and ensuring effective execution of the business development strategy will be instrumental in driving results. Sales Performance Management will involve setting clear performance targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving consistency across the cluster, holding team members accountable for achieving their goals, and optimizing sales processes and methodologies. Customer Relationship Management will be paramount as you build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within the cluster. Addressing customer concerns, working closely with Customer Success and Pre-sales teams, and ensuring alignment on customer needs and solution delivery will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and retention. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis will require you to stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Sharing insights with the Regional Head, fine-tuning strategies and tactics, and identifying opportunities for competitive advantage will be key in driving business growth. Profit Center and Budget Management will be essential as you strive to achieve sales revenue targets, manage revenue performance, and monitor budget allocation. Developing cost-effective strategies for growth and profitability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning cluster strategies with the overall regional vision will be imperative in achieving success in this role. Reporting & Communication will involve regularly updating the Regional Head on business development progress, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics. Maintaining transparent communication, providing updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities will be crucial in ensuring alignment and smooth execution of business objectives. To qualify for this role, you should have 7+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with exposure to SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace environments. Demonstrable success in lead generation, closing deals, strong sales and negotiation capabilities, exceptional communication skills, comprehensive networking skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, service sales mechanisms, and marketplace dynamics are essential for success in this position.,
