Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cluster Head Branch Manager BSM RM across Gujarat located in Rajkot, with some remote work acceptable. The Cluster Head Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing sales targets, client relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Responsibilities include leading and training the team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining high service standards for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Banking and Financial Services Management
Strong Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Training abilities
Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
Knowledge of Loan Products, Documentation, and Process and collaboration with clients and banker
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
