About the Role

Cluster Head – B2B Business

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new B2B partners (brokers) to expand the business network.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and support professionals.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
• Drive revenue growth from both new and existing client accounts.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or marketing within financial services.

• Skills:

• Strong business development and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment

• Certification:

  NISM Series V-A (Mandatory)
