Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster/Area Collection Manager located in Ahmednagar. The Cluster/Area Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collections process for the assigned area. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring collection activities, interacting with customers to resolve outstanding payments, ensuring timely repayments, and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts. The role also involves developing strategies to improve collection processes and collaborating with other departments to manage risks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the collection process and debt recovery
• Proficiency in managing and leading a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders
• Experience in risk assessment and developing strategies to improve collection processes
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmednagar
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
