Clubhouse Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Flat complex Clubhouse Manager to work as part of our on-site operations team, directly reporting to the Managing Committee (MC) of the Owners Association.
This role involves overseeing clubhouse activities including but not limited to swimming pool, Yoga, Zumba, Taekwondo, Chess, Squash, Table Tennis, Badminton ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, liaising with vendors/trainers, attendance keeping of coaching takers and assisting MC to maintain high living standards for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clubhouse Facility Management

• Track preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing
• Oversee cleanliness, security protocols, and safety compliance across premises

2. Vendor & Staff Coordination

• Liaise with facility management team, trainers, and security supervisors
• Maintain performance logs for trainers and ensure service delivery as per contracts
• Assist MC in trainer negotiations and renewal of contracts

3. Resident Support & Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for escalations of resident queries and service requests
• Coordinate resolution of complaints in a timely manner and maintain complaint records

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily operational logs and weekly status reports for MC review
• Update and manage attendance registers, payment records

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields (Freshers may apply)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic facility management software
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
• Willingness to work on shift timings of 2pm to 10pm

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
