About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and organized Management Trainee to work as part of our on-site operations team , directly reporting to the Managing Committee (MC) of the Owners Association. This role involves coordinating daily operations , ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, liaising with vendors, supervising staff, and assisting in project execution to maintain high living standards for residents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Facility Management Monitor day-to-day functioning of all facilities (lifts, DG sets, STP, pumps, clubhouse, security, housekeeping, landscaping, etc.) Track preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing Oversee cleanliness, security protocols, and safety compliance across premises 2. Vendor & Staff Coordination Liaise with facility management team, housekeeping staff, and security supervisors Maintain performance logs for vendors and ensure service delivery as per contracts Assist MC in vendor negotiations and renewal of AMCs 3. Resident Support & Communication Act as the first point of contact for escalations of resident queries and service requests Coordinate resolution of complaints in a timely manner and maintain complaint records Support MC in organizing community events and meetings 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily operational logs and weekly status reports for MC review Update and manage asset registers, maintenance records, and utility usage data Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting 5. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements Coordinate inspections, fire drills, and water quality checks Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields (Freshers may apply) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and basic facility management software Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask Willingness to work on weekends or extended hours during emergencies/events Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and organized Flat complex Clubhouse Manager to work as part of our on-site operations team , directly reporting to the Managing Committee (MC) of the Owners Association. This role involves overseeing clubhouse activities including but not limited to swimming pool, Yoga, Zumba, Taekwondo, Chess, Squash, Table Tennis, Badminton ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, liaising with vendors/trainers, attendance keeping of coaching takers and assisting MC to maintain high living standards for residents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Clubhouse Facility Management Track preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing Oversee cleanliness, security protocols, and safety compliance across premises 2.
