Job Description:

Company is hiring an energetic and customer-focused Club Manager to oversee day-to-day gym operations, drive membership sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall club operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and lead conversions through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
• Handle front desk activities, client onboarding, and member satisfaction programs.
• Supervise and support trainers, housekeeping, and administrative staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Monitor sales targets, monthly performance reports, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotional events to attract new members.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, customer service protocols, and operational policies.
• Build relationships with members to enhance retention and ensure a positive gym culture.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in club management, fitness center operations, or hospitality management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of membership management, CRM systems, and customer service tools.
• Presentable personality and passion for fitness and client relations.
