We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Engineering Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development, enhancement, and extension of our observability platform. Your responsibilities will include shaping product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining strategies, driving the delivery of innovative features to meet customer needs, and transforming monitoring practices to comprehensive full-stack observability solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, along with at least 6 years of proven experience in product management for software engineering projects. Strong technical background in observability, monitoring, data management, and visualization are essential, including experience with technologies such as Kafka, data streaming, and visualization platforms. You should also have a track record of building and managing successful engineering teams, excellent project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating clarity for our teams to execute effectively. You will define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, collaborate on roadmap planning, lead feature development, work closely with cross-functional teams, champion a user-centric design approach, stay informed about industry trends, manage product releases, monitor key performance metrics, engage with customers, and drive ongoing product improvement.
