Cloud Services Engineer

Project Role Description :

Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Microsoft Windows Server Administration

Good to have skills :

Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microsoft Active Directory

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will act as a vital link between clients and Accenture's operations teams, ensuring seamless support and effective escalation processes. Your typical day will involve communicating service delivery health to stakeholders, addressing performance issues, and managing risks. You will also oversee cloud orchestration and automation capabilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet target service level agreements with minimal downtime. Additionally, you will conduct performance meetings to share insights on performance and consumption trends, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor and report on service delivery metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with automation tools and scripting for cloud management. - Familiarity with performance monitoring and reporting tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
