Job Summary:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer specializing in

Microsoft Azure

,

Active Directory (AD)

, and

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

, you will design, implement, manage, and support Azure infrastructure solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance environments, aligned with organizational and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Networks, NSGs, VPNs, and compute workloads.
  • Implement and manage Active Directory and Azure AD, including Group Policies, domain services, and identity governance.
  • Deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, optimizing user experience and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Azure resources, networking, identity, and access.
  • Collaborate with project teams and customers to gather requirements, create documentation, and deliver technical solutions.
  • Monitor performance, security, and compliance of Azure environments.
  • Research and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and cost-efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security).
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD), including AD DS, ADFS, and hybrid identity.
  • Practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) setup and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, ARM, or Bicep. - Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD, version control systems (Git), and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools in Azure.
  • Understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Azure infrastructure and identity management.
  • Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty

Good to have:

  • Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
