Cloud Operations Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer, you will utilize your professional experience in automating large scale deployments using modern configuration and deployment management systems. Collaborating with a team of skilled engineers, you will tackle complex challenges within the realm of IT Automation and cloud deployments. Your responsibilities will revolve around leveraging your 1-4 years of expertise in Cloud Infrastructure and Operations domains, with a focus on Linux systems, particularly RHEL/CentOS. Proficiency in at least one or two cloud deployment platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is crucial. You will be expected to have hands-on experience with AWS/GCP services and familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, or .Net. Additionally, a solid understanding of Apache Web Server, Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, and Nagios is desired. Knowledge of Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, and Chef will be advantageous. Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Mesos is also beneficial. Moreover, your role will involve engaging in customer-facing interactions, necessitating effective verbal and written communication skills. Your track record in customer-facing roles should demonstrate your ability to communicate efficiently and professionally.
