Responsibilities:
- Provide hands on technical support related to the overall health and maintenance of the Windows / Linux operating environments in support of 24/7 operations
- Ability to decompose complex problems to ensure timely and accurate resolution of system anomalies before they impact operations.
- Performance and capacity management of the server environment
- Design and execute disaster recovery plans
- Backup and recovery of the server environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
. 4-6 years Linux System administration experience
- SLES / RedHat practical and proven experience.
- Good Knowledge of Cloud Technologies i.e, AWS and Azure.
- Experience in managing the instances of the cloud infrastructure services and the multiple cloud servers.
- Good Knowledge of Cloud Technologies i.e, AWS and Azure. Experience in managing the instances of the cloud infrastructure services and the multiple cloud servers.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible)
- Scripting or programming experience (Python, Shell Scripting, …)
- Be accountable, take ownership and strong focus on customer satisfaction

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Scripting or programming experience (PowerShell)
- ITIL Foundation V3 certified is an asset
- Good Knowledge of Cloud Technologies i.e, AWS and Azure.
- Experience on Configuration /management of Elastic Load Balancers, auto-scaling, Virtual Private Cloud, Routing, cloud database, IAM, ACM and SSM.
- Should have knowledge of Virtualization administration/configuration including HA/DR
- Experience in managing the instances of the cloud infrastructure services and the multiple cloud servers.
