Role Overview:

Cloud Infra Engineer

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science
• 2+ years hands-on engineering, communicating technical concepts to customers/stakeholders
• 2+ years operating/supporting public cloud production environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), troubleshooting customer-facing issues
• Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals, guiding customers through technical challenges
• Experience with modern cloud environments (containerization, IaC, DevOps, CI/CD, automation) for reliable, customer-centric solutions

Preferred:

• Experience operating and supporting Kubernetes clusters, including customer onboarding and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ML Ops tools (Spark, TensorFlow, GPUs) in customer-facing scenarios
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation, including customer-driven customization and support
• Strong background in network security and database systems, with ability to advise and support customers on best practices

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with customers to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless Abacus.AI experience
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customer escalations, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting
• Advocate for customer requirements and drive platform improvements with engineering and product teams
• Help design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, and operational excellence, always prioritizing customer experience
