Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Monitor and maintain cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, including network, compute, and storage services.
Implement and enforce cloud security best practices and protocols.
Automate infrastructure and workflows using scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
Collaborate with software development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions are in place and tested.
Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in cloud computing and infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in Linux-based systems and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Background in software development and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems (Git), and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of cloud security practices and compliance requirements is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
Familiarity with DevOps practices
