Job Description

You are a dynamic and experienced individual looking to take on the role of Cloud and Data Centre (DC) Infrastructure Managed Services Lead in a startup-like environment. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a team that provides 24x7 support across various cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP, private data center infrastructure, and hybrid clouds. Additionally, you will focus on building strong customer relationships, driving innovation, and implementing automation tools for efficient service delivery. Your role will also involve managing the financial performance of the managed services business, identifying and developing new service offerings, and maintaining strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers. You should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and managed services, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. Experience in managing teams and services in dedicated and shared services managed services models is essential. Moreover, you must possess a deep understanding of cloud platforms, ITIL processes, incident management, ITSM tools, and automation tools. It would be beneficial if you have proficiency in virtualization and containerization technologies, network technologies, automation and orchestration tools, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks. Experience in setting up and scaling managed services businesses or practices, as well as an understanding of financial metrics and business operations, would be an added advantage. Your ability to engage with clients as a trusted advisor, contribute to pre-sales efforts, and drive continuous improvement will be crucial in this role.,
