Looking for a highly motivated and self-driven AI Experienced Leader to head the AI and Gen AI practice and solution with the objective of designing and implementing AI and Gen AI based solutions for customers" business problems. As an AI Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and proposing AI and Gen AI empowered practical in-depth solutions for solving business problems. Additionally, as an AI Practice Head, you will be required to research industry evolution in AI and Gen AI areas to identify practical differentiating solutions for solving business problems through AI and Gen AI. In the role of AI Solution Architect, you will define the architecture, design the solutions, and implement AI and Gen AI based solutions for customer programs. You will also be expected to inspire, mentor, and build a strong Data Scientist practice & delivery team to execute complex AI and Gen AI programs for various customers. Conducting architecture reviews, design workshops, and code reviews in collaboration with AI Data Scientists and Cloud Engineers will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, applying statistics, modeling, and machine learning to enhance the efficiency of systems and relevance algorithms across our business application products. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science / AIML / Data Sciences - 10+ years of overall experience with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Machine Learning models, Deep Learning models for solving business problems - Expertise in R, Python (NumPy, Scikit-learn + Pandas), TensorFlow, PyTorch or MLlib and LLM solutions - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data science solutions - Good experience in building complex and scalable Machine Learning solutions and practically using them in production - Experience with scripting in SQL for extracting large datasets and designing ETL flows - Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, trends, and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation - Capability of translating analysis results into business recommendations - Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
