The Service Assurance organization is committed to the success of our customers through outstanding technical support. We are not merely a Call Centre! Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:
· Provide excellent customer support and experience.
· Experience in client-facing technology support, in the cloud or on premises.
· Provide support and maintenance for public and private cloud platforms and/or customer incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
· Monitor customer infrastructure using various tools.
· KCS (knowledge-centered Service) methodology with knowledge base articles in every customer interaction.
· Perform managed service-related tasks such as troubleshooting Azure related issues, troubleshooting private cloud issues, VMWare vSphere support, VM backup and restore, and more.
· Work with partners and vendors to ensure the application of timely and accurate solutions.
· Be part of a tight-knit team of professionals.
· Be open and flexible. Adapt to new and emerging technologies and solutions.
· Join Centrilogic and become an ambassador for the Service Assurance Organization.
EDUCATION
· University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science or a related field.
· Any Cloud or Backup Administration certification will be considered as an added advantage.
· Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
· Excellent organization and time management skills.
· An ability to handle multiple requests independently in an organized manner with minimal supervision.
· Knowledge of business and technology processes.
· Must be able to work on rotating shift schedules including weekends.
· 2 years’ experience in VMware solutions, including clustering.
· 2 years’ experience in Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.
· 2 years’ experience in Azure environments including VMs, NSGs, VNets, ASRs, Storag,e etc.
· 2 years’ experience in M365 including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. Preferred experience with Partner/CSP environments.
· Experience with domain registration and renewals, DNS records creation/modification, SSL certificates renewal, and lifecycle.
· Familiar and comfortable with Unix/Linux-based systems, i.e., Ubuntu, RedHat, and Oracle Linux.
· CLI/scripting/query familiarity with PowerShell, SQL, Ansible, Azure CLI.
· Basic understanding of networking concepts and methodologies.
