Required Skill Set / Keywords

Proven experience in real estate sales and closing deals (minimum X years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM and reporting tools.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work seamlessly with sourcing and closing managers.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the closing team, setting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure team members achieve KRA metrics such as prospects, site visits, and deal closures.
Oversee the end-to-end closing process, ensuring smooth execution of client agreements and documentation.
Maintain and monitor CRM updates and sales reports.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Collaborate effectively with sourcing and closing managers, as well as other teams (marketing, operations), to maximize deal conversions.
Identify challenges in deal closure and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure the team meets quality and revenue benchmarks.
Should be able to get team along on or before joining Sourcing and Closing Manger
