Job Description

Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs), nurses, and allied health professionals.
Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hiring.
Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen candidates for experience, education, certifications, licensure, and overall fit with organizational culture.
Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communication, and feedback collection.
Manage offer negotiations, credentialing coordination, and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, job fairs, and university recruitment events.
