We at Kailash Healthcare Limited is urgently hiring for Healthcare - Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sector 27, Noida Location . Roles and Responsibilities Source and attract top talent for healthcare clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in clinical hiring or Talent Acquisition in a similar industry (healthcare). MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of healthcare consulting services including staffing solutions, permanent placements, contract-to-hire models, etc. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
