Develop and implement treatment plans, therapeutic strategies, etc. Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. Coordinate with clients families. Work as a client manager to coordinate internally for all needs of client. Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions. Conduct research and use the latest standardized psychological/educational screening & diagnostic tests tools. Involve self in multi-disciplinary report discussions, reviews, case discussions and report directly to Client care/outreach. Supervise interns to ensure that their project is executed as planned and encourage learning along the way. Create modules for workshops to spread awareness and reach out with various programs for Support and provide inputs in content sourcing and development for workshops, social media platforms, web-sites, etc. Collaborate with the functional teams and Mpower’s strategy to increase the number of lives touched. Connect with the medical and mental health fraternity to represent MPower and contribute in increasing the number of referrals at Mpower.
