ABOUT PROFILE

Agkem Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified BDS Dental Professional to join our team as a

Product Specialist (Clinical). The ideal candidate will support clinical product management, training,

demonstrations and work closely with sales & marketing teams to ensure product success in the

market. This role is ideal for a dental doctor who wants to move into a corporate clinical role within

the dental industry.

Roles & responsibilities

1. Clinical Product Management

- Provide in-depth clinical knowledge and support for dental equipment, materials, and digital

dentistry solutions.

- Conduct product evaluations and gather clinical feedback from dentists and dental labs.

- Assist in product launches by providing clinical insights and feedback.

2. Training & Demonstrations

- Conduct chairside demonstrations, hands-on training, and webinars for dentists, dental colleges,

and channel partners.

- Train internal teams (sales, service, and marketing) on product features, clinical advantages, and

usage protocols.

3. Customer Support & Engagement

- Act as the clinical point of contact for doctors and dental clinics for all product-related queries.

- Provide post-installation clinical support and ensure proper product usage.

- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and dental institutions.

4. Marketing & Sales Collaboration

- Support marketing team with clinical content, case studies, and product presentations.

- Assist sales team during field visits by providing clinical guidance to close deals.

- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and scientific events on behalf of the company.

5. Product Development Support

- Share clinical insights with R&D; and product development teams.

- Identify market trends, new technologies, and competitive products in the dental segment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- BDS degree is mandatory.

- 2 to 4 years of clinical experience in dentistry (clinic practice or dental lab exposure preferred).

- Strong understanding of dental procedures, dental equipment, and CAD/CAM workflows.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

- Willingness to travel for client visits, demos, and training sessions.

- Passion for clinical education and product innovation
