Job Description

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Clinical Educator to join our team

Deliver educational seminars to promote FPH products by educating clinicians on product applications, benefits, and best practices.
Ensure the clinical community understands FPH's proprietary technologies and how our products differentiate from competitors.
Support the sales team with post-sales education, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution to ensure correct equipment use and drive consumable sales.
Identify, nurture, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive therapy and clinical adoption.
Build partnerships with nursing associations to enhance education, training, and protocol dissemination for respiratory therapies.
Adapt and align practices with recognized respiratory therapy guidelines to ensure consistent implementation.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively deliver education and support initiatives.
Corporate experience in healthcare facilitation and training is necessary, preferably in respiratory care.
Demonstrated skills in standard computer applications including Microsoft Office are essential.
A current India Driver's Licence is needed for travel-related work.
Candidates should be willing to travel nationally for up to 24 weeks per year as required.
Strong knowledge of clinical research and publications, along with the ability to provide published clinical literature to the sales team upon request, is expected.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on relevant clinical research and publications.
Consistently promote and uphold FPH policies, culture, values, and purpose.
Identify and undertake personal development training as appropriate.
Provide ongoing support to the education administration team.
