Job Summary: The Clinic Assistant will support doctors, nurses, and administrative staff in the smooth functioning of the clinic. The role involves assisting with patient care, managing appointments, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring a clean and organized clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients, guide them to the appropriate department/doctor. Schedule and manage patient appointments. Maintain patient records and update data in the system. Assist doctors/nurses with basic medical procedures (e.g., preparing instruments, sterilization). Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic. Handle patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner. Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain billing records (if required). Manage stock of medicines, medical supplies, and consumables. Coordinate with laboratory/diagnostic services for test reports. Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and reports. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 1ITI in Healthcare or Nursing Assistant course (preferred). Basic knowledge of medical terminology. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience. Computer literacy (MS Office, basic healthcare software). Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
