Key Responsibilities: - Drive Renewals & Retention - Meet customers whose plans are up for renewal and ensure long-term retention. - Proactively track renewal timelines and facilitate the renewal process smoothly. - Customer Servicing & Onboarding - Educate customers on how to utilize the app, file claims, and access healthcare services effectively. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with various support needs. - Solve Escalations On-Ground - Handle critical customer escalations with empathy and efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily. - Grow Revenue from Existing Accounts - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer value. - Present value-added services tailored to each customer's needs and preferences. - Drive referrals through exceptional service delivery to build a loyal customer base.
