About the jobKey responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships
2. Understand client needs, goals, and KPIs and provide timely and effective solutions3. Ensure smooth onboarding, consistent communication, and timely responses via email, phone, and team chats4. Handle queries, resolve complaints, and address client concerns with urgency and professionalism5. Maintain strong client engagement and satisfaction to ensure retention and renewals6. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to upsell or cross-sell services7. Conduct product or service demonstrations and communicate value effectively8. Meet or exceed sales KPIs including monthly revenue targets of 3 Lakh9. Schedule and conduct at least 3 in-person meetings or 5 online meetings daily10. Drive add-on service sales and upgrades as per client needs11. Coordinate project requirements between clients and internal teams such as Technical, SEO, and Content12. Ensure campaigns are on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations13. Keep internal teams informed about client feedback, concerns, and requests14. Monitor ongoing campaign performance and assist in implementing adjustments when needed15. Share regular updates and campaign performance reports with clients16. Collect client feedback for ongoing improvement17. Manage contract renewals and extensions and explore opportunities for service expansion18. Contribute to maintaining high client retention rates through strong relationship management
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
2. Pleasing personality, confident, and professional attitude3. Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities4. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organization under pressure5. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus6. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
