Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Client Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for helping clients solve problems efficiently. As the first line of communication with our clients, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring satisfaction, retention, and a positive overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries and support requests via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and guide clients to solutions. Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM platforms. Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Requirements: 2 years of experience in client support, customer service (preferred). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. Ability to manage time and multitask effectively. Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
