Shift timings: 12pm to 9pm (WFO)

Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Technical Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support for our HRMS & Payroll software solutions. With 1-3 years of relevant experience, you will assist clients with software issues, troubleshooting, and offer solutions to ensure that the product functions optimally for their business needs. If you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and are passionate about providing outstanding customer support, this is an ideal role for you.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support, particularly in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, software installations, and configuration.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong understanding of HRMS & Payroll software functionalities, including payroll processing, HR workflows, and employee management.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, etc.), API integrations, and system configurations.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and provide practical, effective solutions.
  • Customer-Oriented Approach:
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Patience and empathy to assist clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Presentation Skills:
  • Ability to deliver clear product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars to clients.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of clients, whether technical or non-technical.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Keen eye for identifying issues, documentation, and tracking customer feedback to ensure comprehensive resolution.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning:
  • Ability to quickly learn new software features and adapt to changing technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in the HRMS and Payroll software domain.
  • Education:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
