Client Support Executive

Role Overview: As a Client Support Executive based in Rajkot, your main role will involve assisting in on-boarding new clients onto the HRMS software. This includes gathering client requirements, configuring the software, providing support during user training, and collaborating with different teams to address client queries and issues. Your responsibilities also include maintaining project documentation and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders for successful implementation. Additionally, you will be responsible for transitioning projects to the support team upon completion and building strong client relationships through responsive service. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in on-boarding new clients onto the HRMS software - Gather client requirements and configure the software - Provide support during user training - Collaborate with different teams to address client queries and issues - Maintain project documentation - Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders - Transition projects to the support team upon completion - Foster strong client relationships through responsive service Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or related fields - Postgraduate degree in HR or MBA (advantageous but not mandatory) - Basic MS Excel skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (especially via email) - Adept problem-solving capabilities - Effective teamwork and coordination skills - Detail-oriented and organized work approach - Prior experience in HRMS software or SaaS tools considered a bonus Additional Company Details: In return, we offer a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and time off.
