We are looking for an empathetic and results-driven individual to be the voice of our brand. The Role: Support & SalesThis dual-role position is the key link between our community and the management team. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction while proactively driving program renewals and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Client Support: Manage all member inquiries (Zoom, timings, program structure, and technical help) quickly and with high empathy via WhatsApp and phone. Resolve issues efficiently to safeguard client satisfaction (CSAT). Retention & Sales: Proactively contact existing clients to secure program renewals and upsells. Identify opportunities to sell specialized add-ons (diet plans, workshops, etc.) based on member needs. Feedback & Community: Track client activity, manage community engagement, and provide summarized client feedback to management. Essential Qualifications Experience: 1+ years in customer-facing support or retention role. Communication: Good written and verbal skills in English and Hindi (Hinglish). Mindset: High level of empathy, patience, and a proactive, sales-oriented attitude toward renewals. Technical Skills: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Zoom, and basic CRM/data tracking tools.
