*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle client queries and concerns via email, chat, and phone for both domestic and international clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical, etc.) to resolve client issues promptly.
* Provide product/service information, training, and troubleshooting assistance as required.
* Track, monitor, and follow up on client requests to ensure closure within the defined timelines.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM or support tools.
* Prepare client reports, feedback summaries, and escalation updates.
* Understand cultural differences and adapt communication styles for international clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
