Job Position: *Airtel BB *Customer Support Executive* *Location* : Indore *Qualification* : Any Graduates/Undergraduates *Language Requirement* : Candidate should be fluent in English. *Working Days* : 6 days a week *Shift Timings: Rotational Shift* (Females: 6 AM – 8 PM, Any 9 Hours for Others) Off: 1 Rotational Off *Work Type:* Work from Office CTC (Cost to Company): Up to 11000 - ₹18000 per month *Roles & Responsibilities:* Customer Support: Provide efficient and effective support to Airtel Broadband customers for general inquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving broadband connectivity issues. Guide customers in setting up, configuring, and using their Airtel Broadband services. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and queries by offering timely solutions.
