Client Success Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication with clients and address their queries or issues promptly.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Managing day-to-day client interactions and nurturing long-term relationships
• Preparing and presenting performance reports, ensuring service excellence and compliance
• Acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams to align project goals
• Developing strategies to expand client accounts and drive mutual business success
• Ensure deliverables are aligned with client goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Allocate tasks to digital, design, and development teams and follow up on progress.
• Maintain quality and timelines, especially for long-term and AMC clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support retention strategies.
• Research client brands, including their positioning, past marketing efforts, and competitor activities, to better inform internal teams and planning.
• Track ongoing projects and ensure proper documentation of briefs, feedback, and revisions.
• Raise internal red flags for delays or blockers and keep clients informed in advance.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to smoothly transition new clients into active projects
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for managing and developing strategies

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• knowledge on All digital marketing activities
• Good knowledge of PPC & Digital campaigns
• Strong client relationship and team coordination abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Good with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and manage pressure
• Problem-solving and proactive mindset
