Client Success Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Windowmaker Software Limited, a highly esteemed software company with over 40 years of experience in the window and door industry. Your role as a Client Success Manager will involve managing customer projects, overseeing internal teams, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for offering technical support, training, and problem resolution for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer projects by completing the Discovery phase and coordinating with both customers and internal teams. - Provide customer service, resolve escalated cases, and ensure timely solutions are delivered. - Log activities and ensure services are paid for promptly. - Plan and conduct trainings for customers to acquaint them with Windowmaker solutions. - Generate regular reports for management to keep them updated on project progress. - Supervise the Customer Support and Data team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Possess an IT background. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. - Have an analytical and technical mindset.
