• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform.
• Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Fresh graduates or those pursuing a Bachelor’s in Commerce, Science, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Comfort with emerging technologies, especially Generative AI.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tool knowledge is a plus.
