Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
• Understand client needs and support seamless product/service adoption.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and retention.
• Meet and exceed defined success KPIs and performance targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Client Success / Client Relationship / Account Management.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Customer-oriented, target-driven, and professional in approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
