Client Success Delivery Sr. Associate

As a Client Success Delivery, Sr. Associate at our company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely delivery and execution of assigned client accounts. You will work in a fast-paced environment and handle all client deliverables as assigned by your manager. This role involves managing various technical and creative projects, including project planning, fact-finding, execution, timing, functionality, troubleshooting, quality, and cost. You will also be expected to develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and provide examples and case studies to support client objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day client deliverables for assigned accounts - Execute client deliverables, orders, and management tasks for assigned accounts - Oversee all aspects of technical and creative projects, including planning, execution, troubleshooting, and quality assurance with support from your manager - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project expectations, priorities, and deadlines - Communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams effectively - Update and maintain client training and knowledge documentation - Participate in client calls, manage status reports, and provide meeting minutes - Identify issues, report them, and ensure resolution with support from your manager - Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate advertising deadlines - Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a team player mentality - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Possess strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams - Proficient in computer literacy and quick to learn new software and applications - Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in advertising, client management, or project management in a SAAS environment preferred - Previous print production and/or print fulfillment experience is a plus Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will contribute to the success of our clients and projects.,
