Key Responsibilities

Client acquisition based on targeted leads
Collecting monthly retainer fees from clients as per agreed timeline
Work with senior advocates to prevent client harassment
Work with senior advocates to ensure quick settlement
Negotiation with bank officials and recovery agencies

Job Requirements

Sales Experience: min 6 months to 3 years specifically in roles where the associate sold a product or service over the phone and processed payments during the call. Preferred inside sales experience of call centre sales, insurance sales, edtech sales
Candidates with experience in the following areas will not be considered: CC Sales, Loan Sales, Retail Sales, FMCG Sales, Real Estate
Language: Hindi/ Regional language + working English
Laptop and handset (client can provide laptop on rental)
