Client Success Assistant

Director of Client Success

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Assistant to support our Director of Client Success in managing day-to-day client interactions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn the foundations of client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client communications, including drafting and sending emails.
  • Attend client meetings/meet-and-greets, take notes, and track follow-ups.
  • Support in preparing client-facing materials and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status updates.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks (“grunt work”) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to support client success initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
  • Eager to learn and grow in client success and operations.
  • Prior experience in customer support, client-facing, or administrative roles is a plus (but not mandatory).
