Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Understand clients' business briefs & goals along with retainership of clients 
  • Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution and quality delivery of events
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired output
  • Stakeholder Management and Operational Efficiency
  • Fluency with Excel- Cost sheets and P&Ls


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a related role within the experiential marketing industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in order to manage multiple projects
